Elastic is launching a dynamic new EMEA Hub in the modern and vibrant city of Barcelona. 

Currently we are focussing to recruit the first Inside Sales front runners who can join as:

  1. Individual Inside Sales Representative with a focus on a territory in EMEA
  2. Inside Sales Representative who is aligned with two Strategic Account Executives.

(1) Individual Inside Sales Representative with a focus on a territory in EMEA

As a Digital Inside Sales Representative you are focusing on our General Business territories, you'll be a key player in building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within a select group of accounts with high potential. Your mission will be to ensure that our customers across EMEA are maximizing the value of Elastic cloud solutions throughout their organizations. If you thrive on creativity and innovation and are prepared to cultivate and develop this promising set of accounts, we're eager to connect with you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of accounts by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture these accounts.
  • Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players.
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships.
  • Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
  • Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals.
  • Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

What You Bring With You:

  • 2+ years’ sales experience within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
  • Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections.
  • A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
  • Technological proficiency, strong business insight, and supreme communication skills including written, oral, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • We are looking for fluent English, plus any of the following languages: French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic

(2) Inside Sales Representative who is aligned with two strategic Account Executives

You will play a pivotal role in driving new net-new enterprise (NNE) across high-priority large/strategic Enterprise or Public Sector accounts that always belong to two strategic Account Executives. This role is aligned with two strategic Account Executives and is central to our growth strategy, uncovering and capitalising on new and expansion opportunities within existing accounts' subsidiaries.

To excel as an Inside Sales Representative at Elastic, you should possess a talent for rapidly building trust, gaining customer insights, teamplay and translating needs into compelling product value stories.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partnering with Strategic AEs to identify and capitalise sales opportunities in uncovered subsidiaries within strategic accounts.
  • Engage customers through a broad spectrum of channels, nurturing inbound leads, and launching thoughtful multi-touch outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate with diverse team members to craft robust strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and surface new high-value opportunities.
  • Provide timely advice on the Elastic product suite; responding to customer inquiries and new market opportunities.
  • Maintain a pulse on market trends, keeping informed on competing products and industry advancements to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Proactively research, qualify, and follow through on new leads to drive deals to closure, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Record and maintain accurate activity and forecast details in Salesforce to ensure real-time visibility of sales performance.
  • Continually develop your customer map, understanding the interplay and dynamics within customer organizations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 2+ years of successful track record in Inside Sales roles, preferably in the SaaS space supporting strategic or complex B2B sales.
  • A technologically curious mindset coupled with strong business acumen and a creative, problem-solving approach.
  • A proven ability to engage and contribute to a matrixed sales framework, influencing successful outcomes beyond direct areas of control.
  • A driven, results-oriented professional with a knack for efficiency and enhancing sales pipeline development.
  • Eagerness to operate in an ambitious environment, thriving as a self-motivated and standout individual.
  • Experience working with a distributed team, valuing diversity and inclusivity, and exhibiting the capability to collaborate effectively across various cultures and geographies
  • We are looking for fluent English, plus one of the following languages: French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic
